HOMEWARES
Our vast array of homewares are all designed by our team and expertly crafted by hand for our unbeatable quality. We use a variety of environmentally sustainable materials such as water hyacinth, rattan, bamboo and recycled metal.

WOVEN FURNITURE
The framework is constructed from Rattan a strong yet malleable material which allows us to create curvaceous designs usually limited by alternative frames. The fibres are treated with a deep permeating seal and once your furniture has been woven by our expert craftsmen all the fibres are applied with an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, water based paint. The final coat is clear matt lacquer which enhances the rich lustre and creates a strong seal for the fibre.
The legs are produced from plantation timber and are hand painted with a chocolate brown stain. If you require your legs to match other furniture we can order them in a raw finish and you can stain them to your desired colour.

FIBRES
Our furniture is predominantly made from Water Hyacinth which is an attractive and robust floating plant. In the wild it grows so profusely that it can double in size within weeks, causing problems to other plant life, irrigation and power generation. Harvesting the reeds alleviates these problems and assists in the employment of local workers.
Water Hyacinth is a porous fibre and is not suitable for areas of high humidity. We have other materials available for this type of climate such as Rattan. Rattan is harvested from forests under strict sustainable guidelines and it is such a hardy fibre that it can be used in construction and tool making. With a plethora of species we only source the highest quality for our furniture.
It is so economically important to local areas in subtropical Asia that is second only to timber in its value.

SYNTHETIC RATTAN FURNITURE
Practical, comfortable and elegant, this sturdy range has proven tremendously popular for outdoor spaces, big and small.
The framework is stainless steel and will not rust, while the synthetic rattan is UV treated and will not crack or peel.
We have expanded our already extensive range of our very popular synthetic rattan furniture, available in a variety of colours including black, brown and toffee to suit any application.
We use VIRO fibre which is universally recognised as the number one outdoor material.
We are able to offer a three year warranty on the VIRO fibres, provided that the damage is not caused by improper or unreasonable applications, and/or abusive use.
The cushions are provided in our standard cream coloured, light cotton canvas. Most of our natural furniture can be made to order in synthetic rattan.

TIMBER FURNITURE
Our Danish designed wood range is hand carved from solid Acacia, Maple and Oak and is one of the most superior ranges of wood finishings currently available in the marketplace. With unique items including tables, chairs, mirrors, drawers and occasional furniture, these items have been a fabulous addition.

CUSTOM MADE
Our pieces can be made in any weave and colour wash you desire, making our furniture diverse and versatile. Simply pick the item you like, then the weave and the colour and we’ll make it for you. We can also make adjustments to dimensions to customise your furniture for that perfect piece. We have extensive experience in custom made pieces and have complete control of the production process which sets us apart from other manufacturers. The friendly staff in our office can provide you with a quotation for your perfect pieces.

CUSHIONS
Our furniture is supplied with cushions made of dense foam with a soft overlay for additional comfort and support. The covers are a light cotton canvas which are zippered for easy removal and cleaning. They make great spares if you decide to re-upholster your cushions in a fabric of your choice.
They have not been treated with a fabric protector, you may wish to apply this yourself after a spot test.
Back cushions are included with most items. We recommend that all our cushion covers be professionally cleaned, though you may wash yourself if you like. You can purchase additional inserts and covers if required.

WOVEN FURNITURE CARE
Vacuuming is the best method to keep woven furniture clean. Occasional spillages on this furniture should be cleaned immediately with warm soapy water then dried thoroughly.
A hair dryer, duster or cloth can also be used to remove surface dust which may accumulate.

LAMPS
All lamps are wired here in Australia and adhere to our strict Australian Standards. They are wired for a 60 watt globe. Please be mindful of the environment and switch off when not in use.

CANDLE HOLDERS
We have a large range of candle holders and care needs to be taken with the quality of candles used and candles must always be supervised. Please read labels attached to each item for any specific candle requirements.

WARRANTY
All our products hold a one year structural warranty. Goods can be replaced should there be a manufacturing fault within the structure of the piece. The fibres do not carry a warranty due to our furniture being utilised in many different applications and environments which may not be appropriate. Goods which have been placed in an unsuitable environment or mistreated will not be covered under the warranty.
Our natural fibres must be kept in a dry, well ventilated area. They are not weatherproof and cannot be used outdoors.
Please note that the warranty does not apply to items affected by mildew or mould and precautions must be taken for natural fibres kept in humid conditions.
